GHV Infra Projects Limited has announced that it has secured a new work order worth approximately ₹109 crore from GHV (India) Private Limited. The contract covers civil, MEP and finishing works for building projects in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, marking another addition to the company’s expanding project portfolio.

According to the company, the scope of work includes a full range of construction, mechanical, electrical and plumbing activities, along with final finishing across the project site. The execution timeline has been set at 30 months from the commencement date, indicating a long-term engagement that strengthens the company’s order book visibility.

The awarding entity, GHV (India) Private Limited, is a domestic organisation with established business links to GHV Infra Projects. The company clarified that promoter Jahidmohmed H. Vijapura is associated with both sides: he is a director and shareholder in GHV (India) Private Limited and also a deemed promoter of GHV Infra Projects through JHV Commercials LLP, which holds a significant stake in the listed entity.

Despite this promoter linkage, GHV Infra Projects stated that the transaction qualifies as a related party deal conducted strictly on an arm’s-length basis, in compliance with regulatory norms. The company emphasised that the commercial terms of the ₹109-crore contract align with industry standards and follow all disclosure requirements.
