Gensol Engineering Limited has secured an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract worth ₹967.98 crore, inclusive of GST, for the development of a 245 MW Solar PV Project at the Khavda RE Power Park, Rann of Kutch, Gujarat. The contract, awarded by a leading public sector undertaking, also includes three years of comprehensive operations and maintenance (O&M) services.

This is Gensol’s second major project win at the Khavda Solar Park within a short period. Earlier, the company secured an EPC contract worth ₹1,062.97 crore for a 275 MW Solar PV Project at the same location. With both projects combined, Gensol is now responsible for developing a cumulative 520 MW of solar PV capacity at what is expected to become the world’s largest hybrid renewable energy park.
