Genesys International has announced the launch of India’s first 3D subsurface mapping solution, marking a major step forward in the use of advanced 3D technologies for infrastructure development. The initiative aims to meet a growing need in large-scale projects across India and globally.

The project involves the country’s first 3D Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) survey designed to detect and map underground utilities with high accuracy. Genesys will execute the work across several airports operated by the Adani Group, including Mumbai, Trivandrum, Lucknow, Jaipur, Guwahati and Ahmedabad. After the survey, the company will create detailed 3D Building Information Modeling (BIM) outputs covering complete airport environments.

Genesys will use next-generation 3D GPR technology alongside high-precision LiDAR systems to generate accurate, high-resolution 3D models. The company has earlier delivered large geospatial and infrastructure digitization projects in India and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and continues to extend its expertise to major aviation hubs worldwide.

The latest project has been awarded by Bureau Veritas, a global leader in testing, inspection and certification services, and is valued at ₹17.38 crore. With more than 190 years of global experience, Bureau Veritas supports quality, safety and environmental compliance across industries and remains a key enabler of infrastructure development.
