GE Power India Limited has secured significant purchase and work orders amounting to INR 403.38 million (excluding 18% GST). The orders have been awarded by NTPC Limited and M.P. Power Generating Co. Ltd., reinforcing GE Power’s strong presence in India’s energy sector.

The contracts involve the supply of crucial steam turbine parts for the Talcher site, along with specialized services for boiler panels. These orders, awarded by domestic entities, highlight GE Power’s expertise in delivering high-quality power solutions tailored to the needs of India’s energy infrastructure.

With a focus on efficiency and timely execution, the steam turbine parts supply is scheduled to be completed within 15 months, while the boiler panel services will be executed within 80 days.

In the meantime, on December 15 2024the company bagged a ₹182.7 million order from MP Power Generating Co. Ltd. for the supply of critical boiler parts at the Sanjay Gandhi Power Station. This project underscores GE Power India’s expertise in the power generation sector and its commitment to strengthening India’s energy infrastructure. With a swift execution timeline of just 3.5 months, the order highlights the company’s operational efficiency and potential for faster revenue realization. Additionally, the contract is free from related party transactions, ensuring transparency and reinforcing investor confidence.
