Garware Hi-Tech Films Limited reported a 27% year-on-year increase in net profit for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025, at ₹73.63 crore, compared to ₹58.05 crore in Q4 FY24. The strong bottom-line performance was driven by robust revenue growth and improved cost management.

Total income for Q4 FY25 stood at ₹531.09 crore, up from ₹450.31 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations came in at ₹515.67 crore, a jump from ₹439.10 crore in Q4 FY24.

Profit before tax for the quarter rose to ₹103.10 crore from ₹76.86 crore last year. Tax expenses for Q4 increased to ₹29.47 crore from ₹18.81 crore YoY.

For the full financial year FY25, Garware Hi-Tech Films reported a net profit of ₹338.92 crore, up 87% from ₹180.93 crore in FY24. Revenue from operations for FY25 stood at ₹1,995.45 crore, marking a rise from ₹1,581.65 crore the previous year.

Total annual income increased to ₹2,071.64 crore, while profit before tax more than doubled to ₹447.51 crore compared to ₹239.93 crore in FY24.

The company’s strong operating leverage, higher realization, and control over expenses contributed to the improved financial performance during both the quarter and full year.
