Flair Writing Industries Limited (FWIL), a leader in the stationery industry, has announced the incorporation of its wholly owned subsidiary, Monterosa Stationery Private Limited. This strategic move aligns with FWIL’s growth objectives, expanding its portfolio and strengthening its foothold in the manufacturing and distribution of stationery and allied products.
Monterosa Stationery Private Limited was officially registered on November 29, 2024, under the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. The new subsidiary has an authorized share capital of ₹10,00,000 and a paid-up capital of ₹1,00,000, with Flair Writing Industries holding 100% ownership. Monterosa will focus on manufacturing and distributing a diverse range of stationery items, including pens, pencils, notebooks, and other related products.
The incorporation of this subsidiary reflects FWIL’s commitment to broadening its reach and addressing the evolving needs of its customers. According to the company, Monterosa will also explore opportunities in producing innovative stationery products to meet growing market demands.
