Faalcon Concepts Limited has received a new work order worth Rs 2.25 crore from Signatureglobal (India) Limited for glass, glazing, and window work at the Club House–SG City 93 project located in Sector 93, Gurgaon, the company said in an exchange filing.
According to the filing, the order will be executed over a nine-month period, and billing will be linked to performance milestones. The project adds to Faalcon’s expanding portfolio in architectural glazing and facade solutions across premium real estate developments.
The company clarified that the contract is a domestic order, and neither the promoter group nor any related parties have any interest in the awarding entity, ensuring the transaction is conducted at arm’s length.
Managing Director Ekta Seth signed the disclosure, stating that the company continues to strengthen its foothold in India’s high-end construction and infrastructure segments.
