Exicom, India’s largest manufacturer of EV charging and critical power solutions, has recently informed exchanges that the company signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Mufin Green Infra Limited, a leading provider of turnkey EV charging solutions. This strategic collaboration will create end-to-end EV charging infrastructure, including charger installation and setup, aiming to accelerate EV adoption across India.
The partnership will target a wide range of customers, including Charge Point Operators, bus operators, state utilities, and other key end-users. Exicom will manufacture and supply industry-standard, future-ready EV charging hardware, integrated with its proprietary software to enhance efficiency and convenience. Mufin Green Infra Limited will handle the installation and maintenance of EV charging stations and fleet charging hubs.
This MoU aims to provide bundled solutions, offering EV charging hardware, supporting infrastructure, software, and operational services. The collaboration is set to improve accessibility for EV owners while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines for safety and sustainability. With a strong focus on growth, the partnership will leverage joint marketing efforts, scalability, and an enhanced market presence to drive the expansion of EV infrastructure across India.
