Ethos Limited reported strong financial performance for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025, with a 24% year-on-year rise in total income and improved profitability metrics.
For Q4 FY25, the company recorded revenue from operations of ₹311.31 crore, up from ₹252.51 crore in the same quarter last year. Including other income of ₹5.19 crore, the total income stood at ₹316.51 crore, compared to ₹258.93 crore in Q4 FY24.
The company’s EBITDA for the quarter came in at ₹48.9 crore, a rise from ₹35.5 crore in the year-ago period. The EBITDA margin also improved to 15.70% from 14.07% in Q4 FY24, reflecting operational efficiency.
Total expenses rose to ₹284.53 crore during the quarter, led by ₹216.11 crore spent on purchases of stock-in-trade. Employee benefit and depreciation expenses also contributed to the overall rise.
Net profit for the March 2025 quarter stood at ₹24.20 crore, up from ₹19.01 crore in the year-ago period. Profit before tax was ₹31.98 crore, while tax expenses amounted to ₹7.77 crore for the quarter.
For the full financial year FY25, Ethos posted total income of ₹1,276.51 crore, a notable increase from ₹1,020.09 crore in FY24. The company’s net profit for FY25 stood at ₹98.25 crore, compared to ₹81.29 crore in the previous year.
