Escorts Kubota Limited reported its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, delivering growth across revenue and profitability, supported by strong traction in the agri-machinery and construction equipment segments.
The company’s consolidated revenue from operations in Q2 FY26 came in at ₹2,791.56 crore, a 23% YoY increase from ₹2,277.25 crore in the same quarter last year. On a sequential basis, revenue rose 12% QoQ from ₹2,500.05 crore in Q1 FY26.
Net profit for the quarter stood at ₹318.11 crore, rising 6% YoY from ₹300.18 crore in Q2 FY25. However, profit declined sharply 14% QoQ compared with ₹369.47 crore in the previous quarter, reflecting seasonal softness and higher operating costs.
Total expenses for the quarter were ₹2,498.56 crore, up from ₹2,118.18 crore YoY and ₹2,242.22 crore QoQ, led by higher raw material consumption and employee expenses.
Meanwhile, the company reported a significant improvement in operating performance. Q2 EBITDA stood at ₹362 crore (₹3.62 billion) vs ₹232 crore (₹2.32 billion) YoY, while EBITDA margin expanded to 13.08% from 10.28% YoY, supported by improved product mix and operating leverage.
