Eraaya Lifespaces Limited, through its subsidiary EbixCash, has been awarded a five-year contract by ITI Limited, a Central Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) under the Ministry of Communications, Government of India. The order, valued at over ₹100 crore, is for the operation and management of ITI’s Tier-3 data center in Bengaluru.
The scope of work includes comprehensive data center services such as administrative activities, operations, maintenance, customer relationship management, and marketing support. This engagement highlights EbixCash’s expertise in data center management and strengthens Eraaya’s position in the technology and infrastructure sectors.
The ITI Tier-3 data center is a state-of-the-art facility certified to international standards, offering high security, reliability, and an availability rate of 99.982%. This strategic partnership will support ITI Limited’s efforts to expand its technology-driven initiatives while ensuring seamless service delivery for government and enterprise clients.
The contract further cements EbixCash’s presence in the BFSI sector and other critical industries, reinforcing its role as a leading player in data center solutions across India.
