Eraaya Lifespaces Ltd. announced that the Delhi High Court has dismissed the petition filed by Robin Raina, the former CEO of Ebix Inc., against the company. This follows the Supreme Court of India’s earlier rejection of his Special Leave Petition on August 25, 2025.
The court dismissed Raina’s claims, including multiple interim applications and adjournment requests, which sought to assert ownership rights over Eraaya and its global subsidiaries under Ebix Inc. Eraaya’s legal counsel had argued that Raina’s claims were based on forged documents and termed them “utter commercial nonsense.”
For over a year, Eraaya has maintained that all attempts to destabilize the company through litigation were unfounded. The latest dismissal reaffirms the company’s legal standing and position.
