Enviro Infra Engineers has officially announced that it has received the Letter of Intent (LOI) from PTC India Financial Services Limited for acquiring Vento Power Infra Private Limited. This acquisition will enable the development of a 40 MW (AC) grid-connected solar power project in the Bolangir district of Odisha.

The project, which has already reached its Partial Commercial Operation Date (PCOD), is set to generate clean, renewable energy to be sold at a fixed tariff of ₹4.1 per unit. The power purchase agreement will span approximately 18 years, ensuring long-term revenue stability and contributing to India’s renewable energy targets. The cost of the acquisition of the project is ₹ 115.61 crores.

As part of the agreement, Enviro Infra Engineers is required to fully acquire Vento Power Infra Private Limited. The company is currently carrying out detailed due diligence, assessing the terms of the acquisition, and finalising all necessary documentation. Once this process is completed and findings are satisfactory, further disclosures will be made as per regulatory requirements.
