Emmvee Photovoltaic Power Limited announced that its material and wholly owned subsidiary, Emmvee Energy Private Limited, has executed a major supply agreement with a domestic buyer for the long-term offtake of TOPCon crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells. The contracted volume totals 4.5 GWp, reinforcing the company’s position as a key contributor to India’s solar manufacturing ecosystem.
Under the agreement, Emmvee Energy will supply its high-efficiency TOPCon cells over a defined period from December 2025 through 2030. This commitment provides multi-year visibility for the company’s production pipeline and reflects the increasing domestic demand for advanced photovoltaic technologies.
The order has been awarded by a domestic entity and is categorised as a new contract. Emmvee confirmed that there is no interest held by the promoter, promoter group, or group companies in the contracting entity, and the transaction does not fall under related-party arrangements.
