Embassy Developments Ltd has outlined an expansive growth strategy for FY26 with the launch of six new residential projects valued at approximately ₹10,300 crore. The developments reinforce the company’s strong presence in North Bengaluru, a region witnessing sustained demand across premium housing categories.
A significant portion of the planned launches will be within Embassy Springs, the company’s flagship integrated township. Among them are two premium, RERA-approved residential projects—Embassy Greenshore and Embassy Verde Phase II. Embassy Greenshore will feature over 800 apartments across 2, 3, and 4 BHK configurations, designed with larger layouts, elevated specifications, and enhanced finishes. Embassy Verde Phase II follows the remarkable response to Phase I, which is fully sold out, offering homebuyers another opportunity to invest in one of North Bengaluru’s most successful township ecosystems.
Further strengthening its footprint, the company is preparing to introduce a new residential project in Hebbal. Adjacent to the sold-out Embassy Lake Terraces, the 10-acre development will comprise more than 600 premium residences in 3 BHK (medium and large) and 4 BHK formats. The project caters to buyers seeking contemporary designs, efficient use of space, and proximity to established social and commercial infrastructure.
In addition to its apartment portfolio, Embassy Developments will also unveil two villa-focused projects this year. These include an exclusive, invite-only villa community and a premium villa development spanning a combined 116 acres. Both projects are expected to appeal strongly to high-end buyers looking for low-density, luxury living environments.
Altogether, the upcoming launches represent nearly 5.6 million sq. ft. of development potential across premium apartments and villas.
