EFC (I) Limited and Pepperfry Limited have signed a term sheet to establish a joint venture aimed at scaling their furniture manufacturing, logistics, and display studio businesses across India. The collaboration, announced on January 31, 2025, is designed to foster innovation and deliver scalable solutions in a competitive market.

The joint venture will combine EFC’s expertise in managing coworking and business spaces with Pepperfry’s leadership in the furniture and home goods industry. This strategic partnership is expected to create value for stakeholders, customers, and partners by expanding their service offerings and enhancing operational efficiency.

The transaction, subject to regulatory approvals, is expected to be completed by the end of March 2025. Pepperfry’s robust supply chain network and EFC’s extensive infrastructure are set to play key roles in the success of this partnership.
