E2E Networks Ltd announced a key leadership transition with the resignation of Ms. Megha Raheja from the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective from the close of business hours on April 17, 2025. The decision is part of the company’s ongoing organizational restructuring.
In her official resignation letter addressed to the Board, Ms. Raheja confirmed that her departure was solely due to internal restructuring and stated that there were no other material reasons behind the move. She also expressed gratitude for the support received during her tenure and conveyed her best wishes for the company’s continued growth.
As per company disclosure, Ms. Megha Raheja is the sibling of Ms. Srishti Baweja, who serves as the Whole-Time Director of E2E Networks.
Following her resignation, the Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Nitin Jain as the new CFO and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company, also effective from the close of business hours on April 17.
Mr. Jain brings over 21 years of experience in global and Indian organizations, having held leadership roles in finance, strategy, and operations. He previously served as CFO at Bata Malaysia Sdn Bhd and was earlier the Finance Controller at Bata India Limited, where he spearheaded several strategic transformation initiatives. His career also includes stints at Ernst & Young, HT Media, and Macquarie, with expertise across statutory audit, treasury, compliance, and financial systems implementation.
The company stated that Mr. Jain’s appointment was made on the recommendation of its Nomination and Remuneration Committee, with no familial ties to any of the company’s directors.
