Dynamatic Technologies Limited and Aequs Private Limited have signed a significant contract for the supply of complex structural parts for the Airbus A220 Door Program. As part of the contract, awarded by Dynamatic Technologies, Aequs will manufacture over 200 detailed parts, utilizing its full-spectrum capabilities in tool design, forgings, machining, and surface treatment. The contract, spanning five years, underscores the strengthened partnership between the two aerospace leaders.

This collaboration supports the Government of India’s ‘Make in India’ initiative, with Airbus awarding Dynamatic Technologies a major contract in February for the manufacturing and assembly of A220 Family aircraft doors. The agreement includes the production of critical parts, fostering downstream opportunities for Indian suppliers.

Dynamatic Technologies is a recognized leader in producing precision aerospace components and airframe structures, partnering with global aerospace majors and national agencies. Aequs, known for its end-to-end aerospace manufacturing capabilities, excels in forging, precision machining, surface treatment, and aerostructure assembly. Its facilities in India, including the Belagavi Aerospace Cluster (BAC), and international locations in the USA and France, ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality components to global OEMs.

This strategic partnership not only strengthens India’s aerospace ecosystem but also demonstrates the commitment of Dynamatic Technologies and Aequs to innovation and excellence in aerospace manufacturing. Together, they are poised to contribute significantly to the global aerospace supply chain while enhancing India’s role in the industry.
