DroneAcharya Aerial Innovations informed exchanges that it has taken note of false, misleading and negative information circulating on social media and other digital platforms about the company. In a clarification issued on Wednesday, December 31, the company stated that the content being shared is factually incorrect and presented in a manner that could mislead investors and the general public .

According to the company, the misinformation appears to be circulated with the intent of creating unwarranted speculation and damaging its reputation. DroneAcharya reiterated that all disclosures made by it so far have been accurate, factual and fully compliant with applicable laws and regulatory requirements .

The company also clarified that the stay order granted by the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) against the levy of penalty by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has already been duly submitted and disclosed to the BSE in line with disclosure norms. As the matter is currently sub judice, DroneAcharya stated that it is constrained from making any further detailed comments at this stage .

DroneAcharya advised investors and the public to exercise caution and rely only on disclosures made through stock exchanges and statutory filings for authentic information. It also urged stakeholders to refrain from believing or circulating rumours or unverified content appearing on social media or other unofficial sources .

The clarification was signed by Managing Director Prateek Srivastava and dated December 31, 2025.
