DroneAcharya Aerial Innovations Limited has announced the outcomes of its Board meeting held on October 29, 2025, detailing key approvals ahead of its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The Board approved the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2024–2025 along with its annexures. It also confirmed that the 8th AGM of the company will be conducted on November 25, 2025, through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).
Additionally, the company has appointed Bigshare Services Private Limited as its e-voting agency to facilitate the digital voting process and ensure seamless participation during the virtual AGM. To oversee the e-voting procedure, M/s More Daliya & Associates, Practising Company Secretaries, has been appointed as Scrutinizer.
The Board meeting began at 6:30 PM and concluded at 8:15 PM, with Director Nikita Srivastava signing off the resolution on behalf of the company.
