Dilip Buildcon Limited (DBL) has emerged as the L1 bidder through its joint venture, DBL-PSP JV, for a major infrastructure project in Kerala. The tender, floated by the Kerala Industrial Corridor Development Corporation Limited, involves the Design, Construction, Testing, Commissioning, and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of infrastructure works at Pudussery Central and Kannambra in the Palakkad Node, under the extension of the Chennai-Bengaluru Industrial Corridor (CBIC) to Kochi via Coimbatore.
The project, awarded on an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) basis, has a contract value of ₹1,115.37 crore (excluding GST) and is scheduled for completion in 42 months.
As per SEBI regulations, the company has ensured compliance with insider trading rules, and the trading window for all insiders and designated persons remains closed until 48 hours after the public disclosure of this information.
