Diamond Power has announced that it has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from Adani Energy Solutions Limited for the supply of 4,215 KM AL-59 Zebra Conductor for the Khavda IV-D Project. The order is valued at Rs 184,66,57,855 (approximately Rs 184.66 crore).
The contract will be executed on a “kms rate basis with PV formulae” and is expected to be completed by May 31, 2026. This order has been awarded by a domestic entity and is not classified as a related party transaction. None of the promoters, promoter groups, or group companies of Diamond Power have any interest in Adani Energy Solutions Limited.
This order marks a significant milestone for Diamond Power, reinforcing its presence in the power transmission and infrastructure segment.
The order is expected to contribute positively to Diamond Power’s revenue and strengthens its strategic partnership with one of India’s leading energy solutions providers.
In the meantime, Diamond Power shares were up 0.03% at ₹144.26 apiece around 11.53 am. It has declined 6.50% this year, so far.
