Dhanuka Agritech reported its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 (Q2 FY26), posting a decline in both revenue and profitability on a year-on-year basis.

The company’s profit after tax fell 20% YoY to ₹93.96 crore, compared to ₹117.51 crore in Q2 FY25. Revenue from operations declined 8% YoY to ₹598.24 crore, versus ₹654.28 crore a year ago.

Dhanuka Agritech recorded total income of ₹604.56 crore, down from ₹665.07 crore in the same quarter last year.
Total expenses stood at ₹478.59 crore, compared to ₹508.42 crore in Q2 FY25.

EBITDA trend was lower YoY with operating profit slipping alongside revenue.

Half-year performance

For H1 FY26, revenue stood at ₹1,126.53 crore versus ₹1,147.85 crore in H1 FY25, while net profit came in at ₹149.46 crore against ₹166.41 crore last year.
