Datamatics arm Lumina Datamatics to acquire TNQ Tech for Rs 336 crore

Datamatics Global Services, through its subsidiary Lumina Datamatics, has finalized an agreement to acquire a 100% stake in Chennai-based TNQ Tech Private Limited, a renowned digital publishing and services company. The acquisition, valued at ₹336 crore for the first tranche, is expected to close by December 31, 2024.
