Vodafone and Cyient have jointly introduced an AI-powered Global Network Configuration Management platform. The new solution, named VISMON, aims to transform how Vodafone manages and operates its networks across multiple regions.

Developed through a close partnership between Vodafone, a global leader in technology communications, and Cyient, a provider of intelligent engineering and digital solutions, the platform enhances visibility and consistency in network configuration. VISMON uses artificial intelligence to unify configuration data and integrate logical and physical network inventories—key elements that traditionally existed in silos.

The solution provides Vodafone with a centralized view of its network operations across markets. This unified visibility allows the company to benchmark network configurations, detect anomalies faster, and track deployments with greater accuracy. It also plays a critical role in supporting Vodafone’s mobility and spectrum strategy, enabling more aligned and efficient decision-making across teams.

According to Vodafone and Cyient, VISMON has already shown strong results. Large-scale deployments have reported a 70% reduction in time taken to compile cross-market reports. Decision-making has become three times faster, and inconsistencies in configuration are expected to drop by 50%.

This launch underscores the shared commitment of Vodafone and Cyient to drive innovation in network operations and deliver smarter, more agile telecom infrastructure for the future.
