Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Ltd reported a strong set of earnings for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025. The company’s consolidated net profit stood at ₹169.5 crore, marking a 22.5% increase from ₹138.4 crore in the same period last year.

Revenue from operations rose 5.1% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹2,060.6 crore as against ₹1,961 crore in Q4 FY24, reflecting healthy demand across its product portfolio. Total income stood at ₹2,076.57 crore for the quarter.

The company’s operating performance was notably robust. EBITDA jumped 29.9% to ₹264.4 crore compared to ₹203.6 crore in the year-ago period. This led to a significant margin expansion — EBITDA margin improved to 12.8% in Q4 FY25, up from 10.4% in Q4 FY24.

Total expenses during the quarter stood at ₹1,845.77 crore, up from ₹1,800.08 crore last year. Tax expenses rose to ₹59.06 crore, up from ₹35.61 crore.

For the full year FY25, Crompton reported a net profit of ₹564.08 crore, up from ₹441.78 crore in FY24, while total revenue for the year grew to ₹7,863.55 crore, compared to ₹7,312.81 crore in the previous fiscal.
