Crest Ventures Limited has announced nine upcoming real estate projects, with seven of them carrying a Gross Development Value (GVD) of ₹5910 crore. With a market capitalization of ₹1600 crore, Crest Ventures is expanding across key Indian cities, focusing on high-quality and sustainable developments.

The projects cover a mix of residential, commercial, and township ventures. Major developments include Crest Pantheon, a residential and commercial project in Dadar, Mumbai, valued at around ₹1500 crore with a saleable area of 301,000 sq. ft., and Crest Blooming Heights, a redevelopment project in Pali Hill, Mumbai, which is expected to generate sales of around ₹300 crore. Crest Cedar in Andheri, Mumbai is another major development, with an expected sales value of ₹370 crore.

The company’s development strategy is built around partnerships, joint ventures, and project management agreements. Crest Ventures is also working on Crest Greens Phase 2 and 3 in Raipur, a township and commercial project spanning around 660,000 sq. ft., estimated to generate sales of ₹290 crore. Other notable projects include Project Lotus at Carter Road in Mumbai, which is expected to yield ₹2200 crore in sales.

Several projects are at different stages of planning and pre-construction activities. The company has entered into partnerships with entities like the KBK Group to bring some of these projects to life. With a focus on both residential and commercial spaces, Crest Ventures aims to deliver quality developments with high revenue potential, aligning with its asset-light approach to maximize returns.

The company is actively working on securing key approvals and setting up construction timelines, with some projects expected to start by early 2025. This pipeline of projects across Mumbai, Raipur, and other locations highlights Crest Ventures’ commitment to growth and expansion in the real estate sector.
