Shares of Creative Newtech are likely to remain in focus after the company announced a pan-India distribution agreement with EIZO Private Limited, the Indian subsidiary of EIZO Corporation, Japan, a globally recognised player in advanced imaging and high-end visual solutions.
According to an exchange filing dated December 31, Creative Newtech has entered into the partnership to lead market development, distribution and solution integration for EIZO’s surveillance and professional imaging portfolio across India .
The agreement positions Creative Newtech as a key distribution partner for EIZO’s solutions, which are widely used in surveillance, command centres, industrial sites, air traffic control, healthcare systems and other mission-critical operations. EIZO’s portfolio includes long-range cameras, ultra-high sensitivity imaging solutions, IP-based systems and professional-grade displays designed for 24×7 critical environments.
Under the partnership, Creative Newtech will leverage its nationwide distribution network, system-integrator relationships and experience in regulated markets to expand EIZO’s footprint across sectors such as infrastructure, industrial monitoring and institutional surveillance. The collaboration also aligns with Creative Newtech’s existing presence in the surveillance space, where it already works with multiple STQC-certified brands .
The companies also highlighted a long-term “Make in India” focus, with EIZO indicating its intent to explore local manufacturing in India in the coming years. Creative Newtech is expected to support this transition by providing on-ground execution capabilities and market access.
Management stated that the partnership strengthens Creative Newtech’s strategy of building future-ready technology platforms and expanding its presence in high-growth surveillance and imaging categories, while bringing Japanese precision imaging solutions closer to Indian government, PSU and enterprise customers.
