Concord Control Systems Limited has secured a significant domestic order from Indian Railways, strengthening its position in the railway electronics and control systems space. The order, valued at ₹139.32 crore, has been awarded to the company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Advanced Rail Controls Private Limited.
As disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the contract involves the supply, installation, and commissioning of a Loco Wireless Control System. The project will be executed within a period of 18 months from the date of commencement.
The order has been awarded by a domestic entity, Indian Railways, and does not involve any promoter or promoter group interest. The transaction also does not fall under related party transactions, confirming that it has been undertaken on a normal commercial basis.
