Coforge Limited on Thursday announced the launch of Aeronova.AI, a purpose-built AI-enabled framework designed to help airlines transition from legacy Passenger Name Record (PNR)-based systems to modern order-led retailing operations.
According to the company, Aeronova.AI is aimed at helping carriers move toward Offer, Order, Settlement and Delivery (OOSD) operations while maintaining revenue continuity, operational stability, and customer experience during the transformation process.
The company said the framework is designed to address one of the airline industry’s biggest challenges — managing coexistence between legacy PNR environments and emerging order-native retailing platforms without disrupting financial traceability and regulatory compliance.
Coforge stated that Aeronova.AI provides airlines with reusable assets, AI-assisted automation, airline-specific execution playbooks, and structured acceleration layers to support phased adoption and production-grade implementation.
Erika Moore, Chief Officer, Strategy & Growth, TTH at Coforge, said airlines often struggle not because of lack of ambition or technology choices, but due to execution and scaling challenges during modernization programs.
The company added that Aeronova.AI complements existing and emerging retailing platforms rather than replacing them, allowing airlines to modernize at their own pace while protecting revenue flows and financial auditability.
Coforge describes itself as an AI-native engineering services company focused on building autonomous enterprise solutions using AI agents, AI-enabled workforce models, and industry-specific expertise.
