Coforge Limited has clarified its position on the recent US regulatory changes around new H-1B visa petitions. The company noted that it has steadily reduced dependence on fresh H-1B filings for project staffing over the years.

In FY25, the US accounted for 53% of Coforge’s revenue, while the company employed 34,187 people as of June 30, 2025. Importantly, Coforge filed just 65 new H-1B visa petitions in FY25, with 63 approvals, underscoring its minimal reliance on the program.

The company stated that multiple investor queries had prompted this clarification and assured stakeholders that its operating model remains resilient despite the regulatory shift.
