Choice International Limited, a well-known diversified financial services and consulting group, has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Choice Consultancy Services Private Limited (CCSPL), has completed the acquisition of Ayoleeza Consultants Private Limited. This strategic move marks a significant expansion for the Choice Group in India’s fast-growing infrastructure consulting space.
Ayoleeza Consultants is a two-decade-old consultancy firm that has built a strong reputation in specialised advisory services across Railways, Metro systems, Roads and Highways, Bridges, Tunnels, and Urban Infrastructure. The company currently handles ongoing orders worth over ₹200 crore along with its partners. A major part of these projects operates on time-based payment contracts, which ensures a stable stream of monthly revenue. Over the past year, Ayoleeza has also secured multiple high-value railway assignments, driven by its deep technical expertise and understanding of India’s transport and urban infrastructure ecosystem.
Apart from its live projects, the firm has submitted bids for consultancy tenders valued at over ₹350 crore in Railway projects and more than ₹150 crore in Roads and Highways. These tenders are currently under evaluation, signalling a strong pipeline and the potential for substantial future wins.
Ayoleeza’s team includes more than 200 experienced engineers, planners, and consultants working under the leadership of founder Abhishek Kumar. Their capabilities span the entire infrastructure lifecycle, including detailed project reports, design and supervision, project management consultancy, and quality assurance for both public and private sector clients. The team’s involvement in nationally significant and state-level projects adds considerable strength to CCSPL’s existing consulting portfolio.
