Century Plyboards has recently informed exchanges that the company has officially commenced commercial production at its new particle board manufacturing facility in Tamil Nadu.
Located at SIPCOT Industrial Park, Thervoy Kandigai, Gummidipoondi, Tiruvallur, the plant started operations on June 27, 2025. This development marks a significant step in the company’s expansion strategy and is expected to strengthen its manufacturing capabilities in the southern region of India.
In the exchange filing, the company shared, “This is to inform you that the newly set-up particle board manufacturing unit of the Company at SIPCOT Industrial Park, Thervoy Kandigai, Gummidipoondi, Tiruvallur, Tamil Nadu has successfully started its commercial production today, i.e. 27th June, 2025.”
