Shares of Ceinsys Tech are in focus after the company informed exchanges about receiving an extension of Letter of Award (LoA) from the State Water and Sanitation Mission (SWSM), Uttar Pradesh, for three major rural water supply projects across Lucknow, Devipatan, and Chitrakoot clusters.

According to the regulatory filing dated December 24, 2025, the extensions relate to Ceinsys Tech’s role as a consultant for Third Party Inspection (TPI) and monitoring of physical and financial progress under the Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) framework .

For the Lucknow cluster, the project has been extended till March 31, 2027, with an estimated work order value of Rs 69.43 crore. The Devipatan cluster has also been extended till March 31, 2027, with an estimated value of Rs 34.28 crore, while the Chitrakoot cluster extension runs till March 31, 2026, valued at Rs 3.36 crore. The total estimated value of work for the extended duration stands at Rs 107.07 crore.

The company clarified that the actual contract value will depend on the execution progress during the extended period. Ceinsys Tech also confirmed that the orders are domestic in nature, do not involve related-party transactions, and that the promoter group has no interest in the awarding entity.

The extension strengthens Ceinsys Tech’s order book visibility and reinforces its presence in large-scale rural water infrastructure monitoring projects in Uttar Pradesh, a key focus area under government-led water supply initiatives.
