Carysil Ltd on Friday clarified that the new U.S. tariffs announced on kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities will have no impact on its operations. In an exchange filing, the company stated, “We do not have any export of kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities, hence, this announcement does not have any impact on the Company.”

The clarification comes after market concerns earlier in the day when shares of Carysil slipped nearly 4%. The company reiterated that its core exports, including kitchen sinks and related products, remain unaffected by the U.S. tariff move.
