Carborundum Universal Ltd. announced that its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Mr. Sushil Kishor Bendale, will step down from his position effective from the close of business hours on September 26, 2025. The decision comes as Mr. Bendale plans to pursue career opportunities outside the company.
The company confirmed receiving his resignation letter and stated that the requisite disclosures as per SEBI’s Listing Regulations and Master Circular (SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024) have been provided in the annexure attached to the formal communication.
Mr. Bendale has served as a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) and played a key role in the company’s financial strategy and performance. His departure marks a significant leadership change for Carborundum Universal, which operates across abrasives, ceramics, and electro minerals.
The company is expected to announce a successor in due course.
