Capri Global Capital has announced the appointment of Monu Ratra as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective October 7, 2025. The decision was approved by the company’s Board of Directors during its meeting held on October 4, 2025, in accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The company said Ratra’s appointment is aimed at accelerating Capri Global’s medium-term growth plans and strengthening its leadership bandwidth to support its ongoing expansion. In his new role, Mr. Ratra will be designated as a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) and will be part of the company’s senior management. He will report directly to Mr. Rajesh Sharma, Managing Director and Promoter of Capri Global Capital.
Ratra brings over two decades of experience in the financial services sector, having held leadership positions at several major institutions. Before joining Capri Global, he served as Executive Director and CEO of IIFL Home Finance, and earlier held key roles at Indiabulls, ICICI Bank, and HDFC Ltd. He holds a PGDM from Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, Delhi, and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Guru Nanak Dev University.
The company added that Mr. Ratra’s appointment is for a five-year term, and his compensation will include Board-approved ESOPs as part of the remuneration package.
