Capacit’e Infraprojects Limited has secured a major order worth ₹542.37 crore (excluding taxes) from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay. The project involves the construction of Fast Track Buildings on a Design and Build (EPC) basis at the IIT Bombay campus in Powai, Mumbai.

The scope of work covers a wide range of infrastructure services, including finishing works, water supply and sanitary installations, internal and external electrical systems, LAN and Wi-Fi networks, CCTV, fire-fighting systems, automatic fire alarms, PA systems, solar PV installations, lifts, HVAC, substation equipment, DG sets, underground water tanks, landscaping, and other external development works.
