Capacit’e Infraprojects Limited has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from TenX Realty Limited, a step-down subsidiary of Raymond Limited, for civil construction work in Mumbai. The project, valued at ₹220 crore (excluding GST), involves civil core and shell works for “The Address by GS – Bandra Project.”
The scope of the project includes the construction of two basement levels, ground plus 23 floors, and non-tower areas. The development is located at Nirmal Nagar, off the Western Express Highway in Bandra East, Mumbai.
