Brigade Group has announced a new joint development agreement (JDA) to undertake a substantial residential project in West Chennai. This residential development, set to span approximately one million square feet, will be part of a larger mixed-use development that encompasses a total of 1.5 million square feet. The project is projected to have a Gross Development Value (GDV) of around ₹800 crore.

The planned residential segment aims to cater to the growing demand in West Chennai, a rapidly developing area of the city. The larger mixed-use development will integrate commercial, retail, and hospitality spaces, contributing to a vibrant urban environment.
