Brigade Group has recently informed exchanges that the company secured a prime land parcel on Whitefield-Hoskote Road, Bengaluru, spanning 20 acres. This upcoming residential project is set to offer a total saleable area of 2.5 million square feet and is estimated to have a Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately Rs. 2700 Cr. The total land cost stands at Rs. 630 Cr., and the project will be executed through Brigade’s subsidiary, Ananthay Properties Private Limited.

Whitefield, known as Bengaluru’s largest IT hub, has become one of the city’s most sought-after residential locations.
