Brigade Enterprises Limited has announced the launch of its latest mixed-use development, Brigade Gateway at Neopolis, Kokapet, Hyderabad. Spanning approximately 10 acres, the project includes a World Trade Center, premium residential units, a 300+ key InterContinental Hotel, and a lifestyle-focused Orion Mall.
The residential component, Brigade Residences, comprises around 600 units in 3, 4, and duplex 5-bedroom formats. These residences are spread across 58 floors and are designed to provide privacy with features such as no common walls and wide corridors. The estimated sales potential for the residential units is ₹3,300 crores. The development also incorporates sustainable elements, including solar power generation, stormwater harvesting, and water reuse through an on-site sewage treatment plant.
The commercial tower, standing at 212 meters, includes 22 floors of office spaces under the World Trade Center, with a maximum floor space of approximately 4,000 square meters per floor. The first seven floors are designated for Orion Mall, while the InterContinental Hotel occupies 12 floors. Two floors are allocated for serviced residences.
Brigade Gateway at Neopolis is positioned as a comprehensive urban development integrating residential, commercial, and recreational spaces. The project marks Brigade Group’s continued expansion in Hyderabad, with similar developments in cities like Bengaluru, Chennai, and Mysuru.
