Brigade Enterprises has announced plans to develop a residential project with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of approximately Rs 650 crore in Secunderabad, according to a regulatory filing made on Friday.

The company said the upcoming project will be developed on a land parcel spanning around 4.5 acres and will have a total development potential of about 0.8 million square feet. The residential development will be executed under the joint development agreement (JDA) model.

Brigade Enterprises stated that the project is expected to be launched in the next few quarters, subject to receipt of statutory approvals. The development will primarily focus on the residential segment, aligning with the company’s strategy of expanding its housing portfolio across key urban markets.

The Secunderabad project adds to Brigade’s growing residential pipeline and strengthens its presence in the Hyderabad real estate market, which has seen sustained demand for mid-to-premium housing in recent years.

The company disclosed the project details under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as part of its ongoing corporate updates to stock exchanges.
