Brigade Enterprises Limited has expanded its footprint in Hyderabad with the acquisition of a 4.04-acre land parcel (Plot No. 20) in Neopolis Phase 3. The transaction, completed through an auction conducted by the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA), was secured at a consideration of Rs 118 crore per acre.

This acquisition follows the company’s earlier purchase in the same micro-market, where Brigade Gateway (Plot No. 8) is currently under development. The project is envisioned as a premium mixed-use destination inspired by Brigade’s landmark Bengaluru development, integrating key asset classes such as Orion Mall, World Trade Center Hyderabad, a five-star InterContinental hotel, and high-end residential offerings supported by a modern clubhouse.

Commenting on the development, Amar Mysore, Executive Director, Brigade Enterprises Limited, reaffirmed Hyderabad’s importance in the company’s long-term growth strategy. He noted that the successful launch of Brigade Gateway and the strong response from the market underscore the city’s potential for sustained real estate demand across commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality segments.
