In a major move to strengthen its presence in East Bengaluru, real estate giant Brigade Group has acquired a 20.19-acre land parcel in the fast-developing Whitefield–Hoskote corridor. The deal, valued at ₹588.33 crore, was executed through Ananthay Properties Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Brigade Enterprises Limited.
In the exchange filings, the company shared, “We would like to inform you that Brigade Group acquired 20.19 acre land parcel today in the fast-emerging Whitefield–Hoskote corridor of Bengaluru at a transaction value of ₹588.33 Crores through Ananthay Properties Private Limited, subsidiary of Brigade Enterprises Limited.”
The strategic acquisition marks another step in Brigade’s ongoing expansion in Bengaluru’s key growth pockets.
In the meantime, Brigade Enterprises shares ended Friday at ₹1,109.00, down from the opening price of ₹1,136.80. During the day, the stock hit a high of ₹1,136.80 and a low of ₹1,107.50. The company’s 52-week high stands at ₹1,448.70, while the 52-week low is ₹852.00.
