Bondada Engineering Limited has received a significant work order from Dinesh Engineers Limited for the supply of telecom infrastructure in eastern India. According to the company’s exchange filing dated April 22, 2025, the order involves the supply of 55 telecom towers — each 40 meters tall — along with associated accessories such as bolts, nuts, and fasteners.

The infrastructure will be delivered across Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand, with the project expected to be completed within eight months from the issuance of the purchase order.

The total value of the order stands at Rs 5,93,38,719 (inclusive of GST), and the work has been awarded by a domestic entity. The company also confirmed that there is no related party involvement or promoter group interest in this transaction.

This development marks a strategic win for Bondada Engineering as it strengthens its footprint in India’s rapidly expanding telecom infrastructure segment.
