Bondada Engineering Limited has announced a significant achievement with the receipt of a ₹465 crore Letter of Award from Maharashtra State Power Generation Company Limited (MAHAGENCO). As the lead member of the consortium, the company will be responsible for delivering a fully integrated Solar EPC project along with land procurement for a 100 MWAC grid-connected solar power plant in Jiwachiwadi village, located in Kaij taluka of Beed district in Maharashtra. The project also includes operational acceptance testing, final commissioning and three years of operation and maintenance once the plant becomes fully functional. The execution timeline has been set at 450 days from the acceptance of the LoA.
Bondada Engineering has clarified that the award has been received from a domestic entity, carries no related-party involvement and has no promoter group interest in the awarding authority. The company expressed that this order not only adds a strong project to its renewable energy portfolio but also highlights its technical strength, project management expertise and commitment to supporting India’s clean energy journey.
