Wednesday, Nov 27 — Bodhi Tree Multimedia Limited announced that it has signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Moving Images Studios Private Limited (MISPL) to explore a strategic collaboration in multiple media content verticals. The company disclosed the development in an exchange filing under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
According to the filing, the exploratory MoU will allow both companies to evaluate synergies across content creation, production support, digital media projects, OTT content development, and other mutually aligned creative initiatives. The agreement does not involve any financial commitment or enforceable obligation for either party at this stage.
Bodhi Tree Multimedia clarified that the understanding remains non-binding and is valid for six months, during which both companies may assess potential business opportunities. Any final agreement—if pursued—will require necessary approvals and will be disclosed separately as per SEBI regulations.
The company also confirmed that Moving Images Studios is not a related party, and neither side holds any shareholding in the other. As this MoU is exploratory, there is no financial or operational impact on Bodhi Tree Multimedia at the current stage.
