Blue Dart Express Ltd., South Asia’s leading express air and integrated logistics company, has inaugurated its largest Green Integrated Ground Hub in Pataudi, Haryana, marking a major milestone in its sustainability and logistics expansion strategy.

Spanning 50,558 sq. m, the hub consolidates e-commerce, domestic express, and ground shipments under one roof, boosting operational efficiency and enabling faster deliveries across North India. Strategically located 50 km from Delhi airport, it offers multimodal connectivity via major expressways, reducing vehicle movement by 30% and improving throughput speed by 10%.

The Pataudi facility is equipped with a 200,000-shipment daily auto sorter and can handle 2,283 tons per day, featuring advanced automation, motorized conveyors, and energy-efficient systems. Blue Dart Managing Director Balfour Manuel said the new hub “symbolizes sustainability, automation, and scalability,” enhancing Blue Dart’s promise of speed, reliability, and environmental responsibility.

Designed with GoGreen initiatives at its core, the facility includes a 600 KVA rooftop solar plant, EV charging infrastructure, and natural skylights to reduce power consumption. It aligns with Blue Dart’s commitment to achieve net-zero emissions by 2050.

With over 250 ground routes, eight freighters, and access to 19,000+ pin codes, Blue Dart continues to expand its sustainable logistics network, reinforcing its position as India’s most trusted and innovative express logistics provider.
