Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Ltd has announced that it has secured a major data annotation and AI training services project worth Rs 110.08 crore from US-based Stratos Forge Inc. The confirmation came through an official press release filed with the stock exchange on December 3, 2025, following the successful completion of a large pilot phase that delivered 96.68% annotation accuracy.

According to the company, the pilot engagement—valued at approximately Rs 18 crore—achieved superior performance across all agreed metrics, prompting Stratos Forge to award the full-scale rollout. The project will be executed using Blue Cloud’s in-house delivery infrastructure and its Centre of Excellence (CoE) partnerships with leading universities, enabling scalable, high-precision AI data operations.

Advanced capabilities to be deployed

Blue Cloud said it will implement a wide suite of sophisticated annotation technologies for the project, including AI-assisted labeling, active learning, model-assisted pre-labeling, weak supervision, synthetic data generation using GANs and diffusion models, and enhanced quality control systems such as gold sets, semantic consistency checks, and multi-annotator consensus models. It will also use advanced workflow architectures like human-in-the-loop systems and micro-task decomposition to improve efficiency and precision.

Management comments

Chairman Janaki Yarlagadda said the expanded engagement reflects the strength of Blue Cloud’s automation frameworks and its CoE-driven talent pipeline. A spokesperson from Stratos Forge added that the company was impressed with Blue Cloud’s technical precision and execution quality during the pilot.
